Membership Benefit Overview
- Only $75 a Month: Flat-rate monthly auto-debit.
- 3 Visits Included: Includes everything the doctor does in-house (adjustments, therapies, and clinical modalities).
- Major Cost Savings: Maximizes your healthcare budget significantly compared to regular out-of-pocket rates.
Membership Rules & Guidelines
- No Accumulation: Wellness visits do not accumulate. Unused visits do not roll over to the next month. They must be used within the active billing cycle to support regular preventative care.
- Two-Month Minimum: To allow your body proper time to respond and stabilize under consistent maintenance, there is a strict two-month minimum commitment required upon sign-up.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time after the initial two months. All cancellations take effect on the last day of the month in which the notice is given.
