Can Plummer Chiropractic and Wellness Help You?

Take This Test

I was recently asked for an Easy and Quick Way for a potential patient to figure out on their own if chiropractic combined with or without medicine can help them with problems other than spine pain. I thought about it for a couple of minutes and then the answer came to mind.

Head and Neck Pain

If you are suffering from headaches, face pain, pain shooting into the shoulders, arms or hands do this self test. Turn your head side to side, up and down and then press on the back neck muscles. If you have reduced range of motion or tenderness along the back of your neck I might be able to help you. If your neck has full range of motion and is pain free I probably can’t help you with chiropractic adjustments. I can look for other reasons for the pain but spinal biomechanics are probably pretty good.

Ribs and Chest Pain

If you are having pain in your ribs, chest, or upper back do you have any tender spots in you upper back? If so, chiropractic treatment might be of to help you.

Stomach, Hip, and Leg Pain

If you are having shooting pain down a leg, hip, stomach problems, numbness in the feet or legs, or unable to function properly during sex and you have pain or tenderness in the lower back chiropractic may be able to help you. If your back feels great and you have no tenderness to the touch in the low back I can look for other underlying causes but manipulation probably will not help you.

Of course we can help many patients with Knee Pain, Ankle Pain, Foot Neuropathy, Shoulder Pain, Elbow Pain, and Hand Pain wither your back hurts or not. In fact I find knees are the easiest joint of the body to put back in place.
